Email & Updates Privacy Notice

Last updated: 17 June 2026

This notice explains how Nexal Technologies Ltd (“Nexal”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your email address when you sign up to receive updates through our website, and your rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Who is responsible for your data

Nexal Technologies Ltd is the data controller for the email address you provide. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, registered office 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us about your data at [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the sign-up form on our website, we collect the email address you enter. We may also record basic technical context associated with the submission (such as the page you submitted from and a standard form-analytics cookie identifier) to operate the sign-up and prevent abuse.

Why we use it — and our lawful basis

We use your email address solely to send you product updates and launch news about Nexal. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We do not use your email for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

Who processes it

We use HubSpot as our data processor to capture and store sign-ups and to send update emails. HubSpot processes the data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms and appropriate safeguards. As HubSpot may process data outside the UK/EEA (including in the United States), such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. HubSpot’s privacy information is available at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer send updates — whichever is sooner. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your address from our active mailing list promptly.

Your rights

Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local supervisory authority in the EEA. We’d appreciate the chance to address your concern first — please contact us.
