Early Access Requests Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Nexal Technologies Ltd (“Nexal”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses the personal data you submit when you request early access through our website, and your rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Who is responsible for your data
Nexal Technologies Ltd is the data controller for the information you provide. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, registered office 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us about your data at privacy@nexaltechnologies.com.
What we collect
When you submit the early-access request form on our website, we collect your full name and work email address. You may also choose to provide your organisation, role, and industry.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details solely to respond to your early-access request and contact you about Nexal. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We do not use your details for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or trade them.
Who processes it
We use Resend as our data processor to deliver form submissions by email on our behalf. Resend processes the data under its data-processing terms and appropriate safeguards. Resend documents that customer data, including message content and delivery logs, is stored in the United States. Transfers to the United States are covered by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and Resend’s participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension). Resend may use sub-processors; its current list is published on its website.

Submissions are delivered to our business email inbox at support@nexaltechnologies.com, where our team handles them directly.
How long we keep it
Resend, our email delivery processor, retains email and log data for 30 days. On termination of our account, remaining data is deleted within 90 days, with backups persisting a further 7 days.
Enquiries received in our business email are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the enquiry leads to an ongoing relationship with us.
Your rights
Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right to:
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to our processing.
- Portability, receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@nexaltechnologies.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local supervisory authority in the EEA. We’d appreciate the chance to address your concern first, please contact us.
